Designed by Brooklyn firm, ASH NYC, the bar is an intimate haven that features haute, dusty, vibrant pink interiors throughout. Candy Bar offers a thoughtful cocktail program of timeless classics with a playful yet refined nod to new techniques and flavors. Drinks like the Lady Diana – named after music legend Diana Ross – and The Dark Arts make use of local Michigan spirits, house made bitters, and a refined attention to detail that elevates each drink to new heights. The High Dive Parlour Bar is a Romantic 19th Century, Victorian Gothic immersive experience. Artist built as an interactive ever evolving installation designed by the artist Shark Toof. Pinky’s Rooftop is a collaborative project inspired by an old restaurant and speakeasy in Detroit that was located at Jefferson Avenue and Grand Boulevard near Belle Isle called Pinky’s Boulevard Club.
The menu, created by Merkel and culinary director, Craig Myrand, features American and Asian inspired small plates and seafood, with signature dishes such as Sashimi, Black Truffle Ramen & Short Rib Wonton Tacos, and specialty craft cocktails like Pinky's Ice Pops, Turning Japanese & The Buddha.

Sid Gold's Request Room is the brainchild of Beauty Bar founder Paul Devitt and former Psychedelic Furs keyboardist Joe McGinty. Opened five years ago in NYC the Detroit location opened this past summer in the alley between the Siren and Metropolitan hotels. Split into two rooms a front bar area and the back piano bar where the live piano karaoke takes place. The custom cocktails were created by Austin based mixologist Shane Tison for the original location. The names have musical references including the tequila based La Bamba, a rum and maraschino Strawberry Fields and a ginger old fashioned...the Ginger Baker.

Castalia is a craft cocktail bar in Midtown that specializes in pairing fragrance and flavor. As the sister company to Sfumato Fragrances, Castalia operates as a fragrance retail store by day, and transforms into a cocktail bar by night, with tables and display cases that fold out of the walls. Using Sfumato's scents as inspiration, cocktail ingredients are chosen to mirror the fragrance notes. Willis Show Bar sits on the corner of Willis and Third in Detroit’s Historic Cass Corridor. Reborn as an upscale cabaret and cocktail bar, Willis Show Bar has been revived from its early “Show Bar” era. First opening in 1949, it was a hot spot jazz club until it closed its doors in 1978. The legendary bar lives again in its original Art Moderne style ceiling and floorplan that captures the attention of every seat in the house. Candy Bar is a new cocktail lounge located in the lobby of The Siren Hotel, which features unique eye popping design that debuted to the public in April 2018. Designed by Brooklyn firm, ASH NYC, the bar is an intimate haven that features haute, dusty, vibrant pink interiors throughout.
